Winter Track Sessions
Customized training to help your student athlete become a stronger and more efficient runner.
This 6 week program will be a great way to maintain fitness from cross country and build skill and speed for the upcoming track season.
Start Date: Monday, January 12th, 2026 - February 19th, 2026
Sessions from 4:15-5:30 Mondays and Thursdays
Cost: $100 for 11 sessions
Training sessions include body weight strength work, stretching, drills, mobility and curated running workouts for the small group.
