Cross Country Training

Customized training to help your student athlete become a stronger and more efficient runner.

Individual & group sessions are a great way to maintain fitness from cross country or track and build skill and speed for the upcoming season.

Individual session are also a great way to teach your child the love of running and give them the opportunity to move with purpose.

Training sessions for younger athletes include games, body weight strength work, stretching, drills and the perfect amount of running.

Athletes age 11+ with more specific goals are offered customized strength training, drill work, stretching and mobility sessions in addition to run workouts.

In person sessions can be an add on to your monthly training plan or as a single session.
