Build Strong Girls Run Club
A summer run program with the goal of inclusion and community.
Build Strong Girls is a summer program for girls that allows them to create a relationship with running and fitness that is healthy and fun.
Three sessions per week focusing on:
Proper running form
Speed, hill workouts and distance running
Strength Training
Nutrition
Goal Setting
Run fuel will be provided – to learn what works for race day or in their training at home.
The most important part of camp will be community. Each session the girls will have time to just hang out, play games and be kids.
This program will offer personalized coaching in a small group atmosphere.
Details:
3 sessions per week: MWF
Sessions run from 9:00 am to 11:00 am
July 20-24
August 10-14
August 17-21
Location: Various Huntersville/Davidson locations
Ages 11-18
$90 per week
July 13-17 Evening Camp
The week of July 13th will be Girl’s Night Out evening camp from 6:00-8:00 pm meeting at Davidson Provision Company. Shorter workouts mean more time for community, popsicles and specialty shirts!
August 3-7 Evening Camp
The evening camp the week of August 3rd will be focused on strength training for runners. Sessions will be from 6:00-7:30 pm. If your athlete is back in season for cross country or soccer, this is the camp for them.
Single sessions can also be scheduled.
Payments will accepted in cash, check and Venmo.

Run Club will be a great place to maintain fitness from cross country or track, build skill and speed for the upcoming season.
This program will be lead and coached by Andrea Dell who is a Certified Running Coach and Level 1 CrossFit Coach.
We will be teaching nutrition based off the “Young Runner’s Guide to Nutrition” by Nicole Pettinger.
Fine Print:
Your child must be cleared for physical activity which includes running and strength training.
