A 2- or 4-Week Summer Program for girls starting June 11th, 2024!
Build Strong Girls is a summer program for girls that allows them to create a relationship with strength and fitness that isn’t what the mainstream has taught us for our entire lives.
It is a safe environment for girls from 8 to 18-year-old girls to try new things, feel strong and build confidence.
We will be working on running skills, an introduction to strength training, learn about nutrition for fueling activity, listen to mentors and inspiring women from the Lake Norman community, and we will create a vision board to help us work on goal setting.
This program only has 20 spots available, which guarantees each girl receives the attention and customization she needs.
BUILD STRONG GIRLS is for any female athlete, regardless of where her current fitness level is, and will be scaled to meet her current needs. So, whether she is currently involved in sports, or just looking for a safe place to start something new, she will thrive in this program.
This program will be lead and coached by Kim McDonald, who is a Certified Nutritionist and Level 2 CrossFit Coach and Andrea Dell who is a Certified Running Coach and Level 1 CrossFit Coach.

2 sessions per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Sessions run from 9:00 am to 11:00 am

2 Week Program: 4 Sessions $140.00
4 Week Program: 8 sessions $240.00 - June 11th to July 11th (off the week of July 4th)
Camp tank tops will are available for purchase for $20.00. They will be white and have our Build Strong Girls logo. They must be purchased at registration so they are ready for your daughter when camp begins.
Payments will accepted in cash, check and Venmo.

Fine Print:
Your child must be cleared for physical activity which includes running and weightlifting.
You will be contacted for payment within 24 hours of registration.
