RunHuntersville Centennial 5K

We have organized a fun, free 5K for the our friends and neighbors in Huntersville.

In 2020, this race came to be because I was so inspired by my neighbors who had been walking and running during the stay at home order. I wanted to find a fun way to reward them so I created a 5K race that allowed for social distancing and still allowed everyone who walked or ran to participate!

So now we are back for the Second Annual RunHuntersville Centennial 5k - presented by Andrea Dell Coaching and Defined Coffee. We still have a chalk start line and finish line, BUT this year, thanks to our amazing sponsors, we will have custom made medals for the race!

The 5K course starts and finishes at the pool (14808 Colonial Park Drive Huntersville, NC 28078) and runs through the beautiful Centennial at Historic Huntersville neighborhood. Participants can run or walk at any time on May 15th from 7:00 am-4:00 pm in order to allow social distancing.

The course can be walked or ran, and prizes will be awarded to the top male and female in finishing times, and random
draw winners from all who participated. Prizes are provided by Defined Coffee.

When signing up- make sure to chose the number of participants in your household - that way each family member who joins in gets a medal.

Drawings and awards will be announced at our post race party which is on the common areas surrounding the Centennial clubhouse. Our sponsors will be onsite and we will have a food truck from 4 pm -7pm. There is plenty of room to spread out and keep our social distance so all are welcome. If you are unable to attend, we will reach out via email regarding prizes.
