Why become a running coach?

Why become a running coach?

It all comes down to this:

There are a lot of people out there that think they can’t.

They think they aren’t fast enough.

They think they aren’t strong enough.

They think they aren’t good enough to become a runner, run a half marathon, or run a marathon.

I wanted to become a coach to help those runners. I want to build others up so they know they are athletes no matter what pace, distance, or body type they may be.

I will coach anyone who is willing to put in the hard work and make the commitment. People that may not run now, but have always wanted to try. Athletes who want to try a new distance. Those that are willing to take the chance and GO FOR IT!

Why would someone want me to coach them? Because I’m the best damn cheerleader you will meet. I have the training, the experience and the knowledge to help you succeed.

But you know what else? I know what it’s like to struggle. To start from not running at all, to fighting to run that first mile, to train and work so hard only to be injured and have to start all over again.

So when you are ready to crush your goals - drop me a line. I can’t wait to cheer you on. 🌺

My Coaching Philosophy

I can train athletes of all abilities. Whether you are working to run a mile, or you are training for your 10th marathon, I have the experience and knowledge to help you grow and reach your goals.

The most important thing you will read on this website is this: I truly believe that Any Body Can Run.

Runners don’t have a specific size or shape. We encompass all races, ages and abilities. We run 5 minute miles to 16 minute miles.

I believe all runners can benefit from a coach. Whether this is for a month or a training cycle for a specific race, there is always room for improvement.

I can train runners who use Galloway run walk intervals and runners who want to run their entire race.

Reach out to me. Honestly. Do it. Don’t be intimidated or think you aren’t running far enough or fast enough to benefit from a coach.
