Birkdale Village lululemon Ambassador

When I moved to NC from Wisconsin in 2005, we lived above this store and I worked in it for Victoria’s Secret. It was 2 weeks after my college graduation and I was ready to take on the world, but I was pretty lost as to how.

Now here I stand again, in that same but incredibly different space, with my picture up on the wall. My picture is up there because I wanted to help people, encourage them, inspire them and prove you can do anything if you get your mind right and put in the work. Any body can run, we just need to find the right strategy for you.

It took a long time to find my path. And some days I still question what direction I’m supposed to go… There’s no road map after college telling you how it will all look. But I know I’m helping people. I know I’m making a difference as a coach and that’s really what’s important.

My athletes- from 7 to 70 years old- invited me on their journey and it’s been so amazing. Each person’s goals are different, but each one of them inspires me.

Thank you @lululemon Birkdale Village for the honor of being your Run Ambassador since 2020. This store and its crew are amazing. ❤️
